What should you wear to your session?
That depends on you. We will guide you based on the type of session you want weather it is indoor outdoor etc. Typically you would want to wear solids and if it is a group it should be in the same tone family. Such as all darks all lights etc. Patterns even small ones tend to be distracting. We want the face to be the main focus…….. Not what you’re wearing. Unless you’re going for a specific look (i.e. grunge or retro) try to avoid clothing that will date a photo. Classic jeans, tees and other simple outfits are best.
What if my child is shy or uncooperative?
We always strive to do our best at making our clients…even the littlest ones…comfortable with us and with the whole photography process. Sometimes that involves the using squeaky toys, funny voices or even asking the parents to “hide” during the session to help. We try to take a relaxed approach to your child’s session. We do your best to just let your child just have fun. So just relax we can handle it.
What about pets?
Yes we do photograph pets! Please let us know before you bring them to a session.
How long will our session take?
Each session is different. It could take as little as 20 min or even an hour or more. We take time to produce the best images possible for you.
When will our images be available for viewing?
We typically have your portraits available for viewing at the studio within two-three weeks depending on the session or event. We will call you to setup a time to come back for your viewing. Viewing and order sessions are very relaxed. You will be able to view your images and pick your packages that day.
What types of payments do you take?
Cash, check and credit cards. We do have payment plans available. A deposit must be made at time of order. Images are sent to print once payment is made in full.
